Parents have a further role of supervising the children in terms of regular exercising and food consumption. By enforcing healthier lifestyles at domestic levels, parents are likely to exhibit significant contributions to the avoidance of childhood obesity problems. Alleviating obesity is also seen as an issue that prompts both collaborative and multi-disciplinary approaches to problem solving. Collaboration implies that causes, trends and effects of obesity can be discerned through efforts by individuals, the society, government groups and global firms.
